Fresh garden salad
Ingredients/Components
- white wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 3/4 c
- chopped parsley
- juice of 1 lemon
- chopped white onions - 1/2 c
- peeled and thin shaved carrots lengthwise 1 to 2-inches - 1 c
- drained peas - 1/2 c
- French-style green beans, drained - 1 c
- green zucchini, sliced or shaved lengthwise 1 to 2-inches - 1 c
- yellow zucchini, sliced thin or shaved - 1 c
- cored and thin long slices 1 to 2-inches lengthwise sweet bell peppers - 1/2 c
How to make fresh garden salad:
Dressing:2 Tbsp. chopped parsley3/4 c. olive oil2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar juice of 1 lemon salt and pepper Toss vegetables and mix dressing and add to vegetables. Toss. Store in refrigerator in same bowl. Serve on lettuce cups.Recipe categories: American, Salads, Vegetables.
