- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 2 c
- carton frozen whipped topping, thawed - 1 oz
- Cool
- grated fresh coconut - 3 c
- white cake mix 3 layer cake
How to make fresh coconut cake:
Bake 3 white cake layers. Cool. Slice crosswise to make 6 layers. Stack and spread each layer with cut side up with:Sour Cream Coconut Filling:2 c. powdered sugar2 c. sour cream1 (9 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed1 tsp. vanilla3 c. grated fresh coconut Mix and blend well first 4 ingredients.
