Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- box white or yellow cake mix - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 2 Tbsp
- frozen coconut - 1 pkg
How to make fresh coconut cake:
Mix cake mix as directed on package. Bake as directed. When done, remove from oven and stick with a fork. Open evaporated milk and pour over cake. Let cool. Chill. Spread 1 large box Cool Whip and 1 package frozen coconut on top.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Coconut.
