- Beat until light and fluffy
- cook type pudding - 1 pkg
- milk - 1 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- Crisco - 1 c
How to make fresh coconut cake:
Cream sugar and butter, adding sugar a small amount at a time. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour, coconut milk, canned cream and vanilla at low speed, adding the baking powder with the last of flour.
