Fresh blueberry cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- blueberries - 4 c
How to make fresh blueberry cobbler:
Heat oven to 400°. Mix the sugar and the cornstarch in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in blueberries and lemon juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Keep blueberry mixture hot in oven.Follow recipe on Bisquick box for fruit cobbler dough; drop by spoonfuls onto hot blueberry mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Served warm and, if desired, with Cool Whip.
