Fresh apple nut cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• self-rising flour - 3 c
• Wesson oil
• nuts pecans, chopped - 1 c
• apples, chopped fine - 3 c

How to make fresh apple nut cake:

Grease and flour tube pan well. Mix sugar, Wesson oil, eggs and apples. Add flour and pecans slowly. Add vanilla and bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Mix the nuts in with the flour as this keeps them from going to the bottom of the cake.
