  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • sifted flour - 3 c
  • diced apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Beat eggs and add sugar. Add flour with soda and salt. Stir in apples, nuts and vanilla. Bake in long pan at 350° for 45 minutes or a little longer, if apples are juicy. When cool, cut in squares.

This cake is very good for bake sales.
