  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • soda
  • nuts - 1 c
  • cooking oil
  • chopped apples - 3 c
  • Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours

How to make fresh apple cake:

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl; beat well; pour into a tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Icing:4 Tbsp. oleo1/4 c. milk1/2 c. brown sugar Boil this for 2 1/2 minutes. Pour over cake while still hot. Leave in pan until cool.
