  • eggs - 2 item
  • sugar - 2 c
  • self-rising flour
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • raw apples, chopped - 3 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix eggs, sugar and oil together. Add flour and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly, then add apples and pecans. Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle butterscotch morsels on top. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 50 minutes.
