  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • soda
  • finely chopped apples - 3 c
  • Wesson oil

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix sugar, eggs and oil. Sift ingredients and add to first mixture. Then add nuts and apples. (May have to mix by hand.) Bake at 350° for 1 hour in a Bundt pan.
