  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pecans - 1 c
  • grated apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix oil, sugar and eggs until creamy. Mix dry ingredients and blend eggs. Fold in apples and pecans. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
