Fresh apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• flour
• stick margarine - 1 item
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• raisins - 1/2 c
• chopped apples
• cloves ground - 1/4 tsp

How to make fresh apple cake:

Cover chopped apples with sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Pour melted margarine over and beat well. Add slightly beaten egg and beat. Fold in flour, seasonings, nuts and raisins. Bake in 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Use buttered 8-inch pan.
