  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • diced apples - 3 c
  • juice of lemon - 1 item
  • Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix all ingredients by hand and place in a tube pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°.Glaze:1 c. confectioners sugar juice of lemon Pour over cake while hot.
