sugar - 2 c
eggs - 3 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
chopped pecans - 1 c
milk - 1/4 c
salt - 1 tsp
flour
butter - 1/2 c
oil
baking powder - 2 tsp
baking soda - 1 tsp
powdered sugar - 2 Tbsp
brown sugar, packed - 1 c
chopped raw apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix in large bowl the oil, baking powder, sugar, vanilla, eggs, flour, salt, baking soda, pecans, and apples. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 1 hour at 325°. To prepare icing, combine butter, milk, brown sugar and powdered sugar in a saucepan and cook for 1 minute. Pour over cake.
