How to make fresh apple cake:

Beat oil, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda and mix well. Fold in apples and nuts. Spread mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan or a Bundt pan. Bake at 375° in a preheated oven for 35 minutes or until toothpick inse
