Fresh apple bundt cake
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour
- corn oil - 1 c
- sweet milk - 1/3 c
- whole eggs, beaten - 3 item
- sugar white - 2 c
- coconut optional - 1 c
- Sift together flour and cinnamon
- medium apples, well chopped - 2 item
How to make fresh apple bundt cake:
Mix eggs, corn oil and sugar together. Sift together flour and cinnamon. Add these dry ingredients to eggs, oil and sugar. Continue beating until smooth. Add chopped apples to mixture. Add coconut. Add vanilla and chopped pecans to mixture (will be thick).Pour into a well-greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350°.Glaze:1/2 stick butter1/2 c. brown sugar1/3 c. sweet milk Boil 2 minutes and drizzle over cake. Powdered sugar can be sprinkled over cake when cooled if glaze is not used.
