French toast
Ingredients/Components
- carton Egg Beaters - 1 oz
- skim milk - 1/3 c
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- liquid Butter Buds - 2 Tbsp
- slices white bread Wonder fat-free bread - 10 item
- lite maple syrup - 1 item
How to make french toast:
In a shallow pan or bowl, combine Egg Beaters, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat in liquid Butter Buds, place the pieces of bread after they have been dipped in the Egg Beater mixture. Brown about 3 minutes on each side. Add more liquid Butter Buds if needed. Serve with lite maple syrup. Yields 5 servings.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Breakfast, American.
