- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- butter - 1/2 lb
- unsweetened chocolate - 4 sq
- baked pie shell - 1 item
- almonds or chocolate shavings for garnish - 1 item
How to make french silk pie:
Melt butter in small saucepan. Melt chocolate separately in a double boiler. Set over hot water. Mix chocolate, butter and sugar in a mixer on high speed for 8 minutes, then add eggs, one at a time.
