French pancakes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
How to make french pancakes:
Heat together in saucepan the milk and butter. When slightly cooled, beat in the eggs, flour, baking powder and salt; beat until smooth. Melt a little butter in skillet; do not burn. Pour in batter; tilt skillet slightly to cover bottom evenly. Cook for 1 minute. Loosen with spatula; flip and cook other side.
