- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 2/3 c
- butter - 2/3 c
- light corn syrup - 1/4 c
- quick oats - 2 c

How to make french lace cookies:
Melt butter in saucepan. In bowl, mix butter, oats, sugar, flour, corn syrup, milk and vanilla until well blended. Drop by level teaspoon, 3 inches apart onto foil-covered cookie sheets. Spread thin with a spatula. Bake at 375° for 5 to 7 minutes. Melt chocolate morsels over hot water. Spread chocolate onto the flat side of one cookie.
