French coconut pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 1 Tbsp
• vinegar
• stick butter - 1/2 item
• cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
• Angel Flake coconut, toasted - 1 c

How to make french coconut pie:

Mix all ingredients into mixing bowl except coconut. Beat 1 to 2 minutes. Add toasted coconut; fold in well. Pour mixture into 9-inch pie crust. Place on cookie sheet to bake. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
