Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
- Angel Flake coconut, toasted - 1 c
How to make french coconut pie:
Mix all ingredients into mixing bowl except coconut. Beat 1 to 2 minutes. Add toasted coconut; fold in well. Pour mixture into 9-inch pie crust. Place on cookie sheet to bake. Bake 1 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
