French coconut pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- coconut - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- melted margarine 1 stick - 1/2 c
- milk sweet or buttermilk - 1/4 c
How to make french coconut pie:
Mix all ingredients together using a spoon or fork instead of mixer. Pour into a slightly baked 9-inch pie crust. Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes. Sometimes it bakes in 40 minutes. This can be baked and frozen for later use.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
