French coconut pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- coconut - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
How to make french coconut pie:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into an unbaked pie shell (you can use a pie shell prebaked). Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then lower oven to 325° and bake until center is firm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
