Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • can coconut - 1 oz

How to make french coconut pie:

Mix sugar into the well beaten eggs. Blend in margarine. Add vanilla and vinegar. Pour into an unbaked shell and sprinkle coconut on top. Bake 50 minutes at 350° or until coconut is golden brown.
