- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- warm water
- yeast - 2 pkg
- white flour - 3 c
- canola oil - 1 2
How to make french bread:
Mix together yeast, sugar and warm water. When yeast foams add flour, salt and oil. Add more flour, if needed, to make a soft dough. Knead for 10 minutes. Let rise to double. Punch down and make into loaves. When doubled, slash tops with a sharp kniRecipe categories: Breads, Low fat, Yeast breads.
