French apple pie cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• water - 3 Tbsp
• baking powder - 3/4 tsp
• melted butter - 1/2 c
• egg - 1 item
• peeled, sliced apples - 4 c

How to make french apple pie cake:

Put apples in a buttered 9-inch deep pie plate. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the apples. Sift next 4 ingredients into a bowl. Add last four ingredients and mix batter smooth. Pour over the apples. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until done.
