Freezer strawberry jam

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 5 c
• pkg
• water - 1 c
• fresh strawberries - 3 c

How to make freezer strawberry jam:

Prepare strawberries. Drain and cut up. Combine with sugar and stir well. Set aside 10 minutes. Stir pectin in water. Bring to boil 1 minute. Stir pectin mixture in strawberries. Stir 3 minutes. Ladle into plastic containers. Seal at once. Let stand 24 hours. Store in freezer.
