  • sugar
  • medium onions, sliced - 2 item
  • white vinegar - 1/2 c
  • pickling salt - 2 Tbsp
  • sliced cucumbers - 2 qt
  • or 3 sprigs fresh parsley - 2 item

How to make freezer pickles:

Slice cucumbers and onions into a large bowl. Sprinkle salt over them. Mix thoroughly. Let set for 3 to 4 hours. Drain well. Mix sugar and white vinegar. Mix well. Pour over cuke-onion mix and stir well. Put in freezer containers and freeze. Def
