Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt
- vinegar - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- celery seed
- sliced onion - 1 c
- sliced, peeled cucumbers - 7 c
How to make freezer pickles:
Boil last 4 ingredients. Pour over cucumbers, onion and pepper. Marinate overnight. Pack in small containers and freeze. Will keep in refrigerator 2 weeks or more.Recipe categories: American, Condiments, etc., Vegetables.
