Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- instant pudding - 2 pkg
- Cool Whip for topping - 1 item
How to make four layer dessert:
Mix flour, margarine and pecans. Pat in a 10 x 13-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Let cool. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix pudding with milk. Pour over top; let cool several hours. Top with Cool Whip.Very good with chocolate, lemon or butterscotch pudding.
