Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip 9 oz - 1 c
- Bake at 300° for about 20 minutes
- Sprinkle with coconut
How to make four layer delight:
Cream all the ingredients, then pat and spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 300° for about 20 minutes. Cool.Second Layer:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 c. Cool Whip (9 oz. size)1 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. coconut Mix well, then spread on top of first layer. Sprinkle with coconut.Third Layer:2 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)3 c. milk1/2 c. coconut Mix the pudding with the milk. Beat until it thickens, then spread on Second Layer. Sprinkle with the coconut.Fourth Layer: Use the balance of the Cool Whip and spread on top of the Third Layer. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup coconut and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle a few pecans on top just before serving.
