  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • wine vinegar - 1/2 c
  • basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
  • can green beans, rinse and drain - 1 lb
  • can cut yellow wax beans, rinse and drain - 1 lb
  • can red kidney beans, rinse and drain - 1 lb
  • can black-eyed peas, rinse and drain - 1 lb
  • tarragon leaves, crumbled dried - 1/2 tsp
  • Five Bean Salad:1 can garbanzos, rinse and drain

How to make four bean salad:

Five Bean Salad:1 can garbanzos, rinse and drain Mix all vegetables in a bowl. Combine ingredients for dressing, mixing well; drizzle over drained vegetables. Cover and marinate several hours or overnight, stirring several times. Before serving, stir then drain. Serves 12.
