Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- can kidney beans, rinsed and drained - 1 item
- can green beans, drained - 1 item
- can wax beans, drained - 1 item
- can garbanzo beans, drained - 1 item
- green pepper, sliced into rings - 1 item
- large purple onion, sliced into rings - 1 item
How to make four bean salad:
Mix beans together in a bowl. Place onion and green pepper slices on top of beans. Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper; pour over beans. Let stand overnight.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, North american.
