Ingredients/Components
- vanilla
- chocolate chips - 3 c
- chopped nuts optional - 1/2 1
- dash of salt - 1 item
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
How to make foolproof fudge:
Line an 8 or 9-inch square pan with foil. Butter foil and set aside. In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board. Peel off foil and cut into squares. Store covered in refrigerator.
