Foolproof dark chocolate fudge
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla extract
- chopped nuts - 1/2 1
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 3 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk not evaporated - 1 oz
How to make foolproof dark chocolate fudge:
In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into aluminum foil-lined 8 or 9-inch pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and then cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
