Ingredients/Components
- powdered sugar - 6 c
- sticks butter, melted - 2 item
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- chopped pecans - 1 lb
- can coconut - 1 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- cake paraffin - 1 item
How to make fondant:
Combine powdered sugar, butter, milk, pecans and coconut. Roll into small balls and chill. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. Dip balls into mixture. Yields about 100 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
