Fluffy fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- bananas, sliced - 2 item
- cans mandarin oranges, drained - 2 oz
- cans crushed pineapple - 2 oz
- fruit cocktail, drained - 2 cans
- heavy whipped cream - 1 c
How to make fluffy fruit salad:
Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice in a small saucepan. Set pineapple aside. To saucepan, add sugar, flour, eggs, orange juice, lemon juice and oil. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
