Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
  • all-purpose flour - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • orange juice - 1/4 c
  • bananas, sliced - 2 item
  • crushed pineapple - 2 cans
  • cans mandarin oranges, drained - 2 oz
  • cans fruit cocktail, drained - 2 oz
  • heavy cream, whipped - 1 c

How to make fluffy fruit salad:

Drain pineapple; reserve 1 cup juice in a small saucepan. Add sugar, flour, eggs, orange juice, lemon juice and oil. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool. In a salad bowl, combine pineapple, fruit cocktail
