Fluffy fruit dip
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 3
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- finely chopped walnuts - 1/4 c
- apricot preserves or orange marmalade - 1/3 c
- assorted fruit for dippers - 1 item
- assorted Wisconsin cheeses, cut up - 1 item
How to make fluffy fruit dip:
Cut up any large pieces of fruit in preserves; place in a small bowl. Stir in sour cream and walnuts. Add enough milk to make mixture the consistency for dipping. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with assorted fruit and cheeses. Makes about 1/2 cup.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
