Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- bread triangles or French bread slices - 1 item
How to make fluffy french toast:
Beat egg white with sugar until stiff. Set aside. Beat egg yolk; add flour, milk, salt and baking powder. Fold in egg white. Dip bread in batter and fry in 1/2 to 1-inch hot oil. Serve with powdered sugar or syrup. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Healthy, Toddler Friendly.
