  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • corn syrup - 1 Tbsp

How to make fluffy boiled icing:

Boil sugar, water, syrup and salt together until it spins a heavy thread or forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Beat egg whites stiff and pour syrup over whites. Beat until cooled. Add 2 tablespoons xxxx sugar.
