Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- water
- oil - 1/3 c
- finely chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- desired flavor Pillsbury plus cake mix - 1 pkg
- ice cream cones with flat bottoms - 36 item
- can desired flavor Pillsbury ready to spread frosting supreme - 1 item
- Pillsbury decorator icing or pastry tube and tips and tinted frosting - 1 item
- assorted candies - 1 item
How to make flowerpot cupcakes:
Heat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and eggs at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Fold nuts into batter. Place ice cream cones in muffin cups or jelly roll pan; fill with batter to within 1-inch of tops of cones.Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool completely. Spread frosting on tops of cakes; decorate as desired. Yields 36 cupcakes.
