- flour - 3 c
- water - 6 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1 c
How to make flaky pastry:
Sift flour and salt. Cut in shortening. Beat the egg with 5 tablespoons of water. Add one more tablespoon, if needed. Makes 3 pie shells.Recipe categories: Low sodium, Main dish, Savory pies.
