  • Burgundy wine
  • onions, sliced thin - 3 item
  • celery, cut up - 1 c
  • stew meat - 2 lb
  • cut up carrots - 6 item

How to make five hour beef stew:

If desired, add thinly sliced potatoes in the beginning.

Mix all together in large casserole; cover and bake for 5 hours at 250°. Forty-five minutes before done, add package frozen green peas.
