- pepper - 2 tsp
- frozen peas - 1 pkg
- tapioca - 3 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- Burgundy wine
- onions, sliced thin - 3 item
- celery, cut up - 1 c
- stew meat - 2 lb
- cut up carrots - 6 item
How to make five hour beef stew:
If desired, add thinly sliced potatoes in the beginning.Mix all together in large casserole; cover and bake for 5 hours at 250°. Forty-five minutes before done, add package frozen green peas.
