Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- milk - 1 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable shortening - 1/2 c
- plain flour - 3 c
- eggs, well beaten - 5 item
- sticks butter - 2 item
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- rum extract - 1 tsp
- butter extract - 1 tsp
- Combine flour and baking powder and add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk
How to make five flavor pound cake:
Cream butter, shortening, and sugar until light and fluffy, add eggs, (which have been beaten until lemon colored). Combine flour and baking powder and add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk.
