Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- onion, diced - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- can green beans - 1 oz
- can bean sprouts - 1 item
- can red kidney beans - 1 oz
- can garbanzo beans - 1 item
- can wax beans - 1 oz
- can water chestnuts, diced - 1 item
How to make five bean salad:
Empty all cans into a colander. Drain well. Combine beans, water chestnuts, onion and garlic in a bowl. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over bean mixture; stir well. Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, Chickpeas/garbanzos.
