Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can corn - 1 item
- can tomatoes, diced - 1 item
- potatoes, chopped - 2 item
- fish fillet, cubed - 2 lb
How to make fish stew:
Cook onions in oil; stir in tomatoes, seasoning and potatoes. Bring to a boil; simmer 15 minutes. Add fish and corn; return to boil. Cook until fish flakes. Good with cornbread.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Stew.
