Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium size onion, diced - 1/2 item
- canned salmon - 1 pt
- pack saltine crackers, crushed - 1/2 item
How to make fish patties:
In medium-size bowl, mix all ingredients. Form into hamburger size patties. Fry in greased skillet until brown on both sides.Note: If mixture is too dry to form into patties, add a little milk. Great served as fishburger or by itself with lemon and tartar sauce.
