Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- fillet of white fish - 2 lb
- instant potatoes with margarine - 2 c
How to make fish patties:
Cook fish for 10 minutes in water; drain. Combine fish with potatoes and egg (if too soft, add potato flakes). Roll in bread crumbs and fry.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Freshwater fish.
