Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/4 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 2 tsp
- cooked rice - 1 c
- fish fillets - 1 lb
How to make fish balls:
Grind the fillets. Fry onions in oil until tender and combine with ground fish. Add rice, water, lemon juice, salt and pepper (to taste). Mix thoroughly. Shape mixture into small balls with wet hands and then roll in bread crumbs. Cook in hot oil untRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Cod.
